DESCRIPTION:
Phantasm is a powder made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes. They are incredibly rich in Thiol precursors, which when added correctly to a fermenting beer, can unlock rich, Strong tropical fruit aromas.
Pair with a Thiol Unlocking Yeast like: Omega Lunar Crush, Omega Cosmic Punch, Omega Star Party, Omega Helio Gazer, White Labs TropicAle
USAGE RATE:
14 – 28 grams per gallon (0.5 – 1 oz per gallon), usually added during active fermentation. Usage rates vary depending on yeast selection, hop selection, and when Phantasm is added.
