HBC 431 is an experimental hop variety from the Hop Breeding Company, which is a joint venture between John I. Haas and Yakima Chief Ranches. The aroma of HBC 431 has been described as “peaches, berries, and tropical fruits… along with much citrus, herbal, and earthy notes.”
